Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. (HTS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a mutual collaboration agreement for regional development and contribution through athletics with Matsudo city in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
Hitachi Transport System Track and Field Club has been based in Matsudo City, since 2012. The team has been an active part of the community, holding such events as running classes for Matsudo City elementary school students, and training at the city's athletics grounds.
The purpose of this agreement is to promote and contribute to the local community through athletics, and to achieve a better life for residents by improving public services and wellness. With this agreement, HTS and Matsudo City will further strengthen their cooperation and work to revitalize the region.
