Integration of Hitachi Transport System Group Overseas Subsidiaries

Our group’s management vision is to be “The Most Preferred Solution Provider in the Global Supply Chain,” and aims to form and expand and ecosystem (economic zone) that transcends regional and business domains. We announce that we have implemented the following integration of overseas consolidated subsidiaries to improve our competitiveness and strengthen our management base in order to establish an autonomous management in Europe and Asia region.

１．Integration in Europe

(1)Overview
Hitachi Transport System (Europe) B.V. (herein called TSE) and VANTEC WORLD TRANSPORT
(NETHERLANDS) B.V. (herein called VNL) were integrated to provide one-stop services for 3PL and freight　
forwarding.


(2)Outline
TSE, the surviving corporation in this merger, and VNL , the disappearing corporation, were merged into one
company.

２．Integration in Thailand

(1)Overview
ETERNITY GRAND LOGISTICS PUBLIC CO., LTD. (herein called ETG) and VANTEC AMATA LOGISTICS
(THAILAND) CO., LTD. (herein called VAL) and VANTEC TRANS (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (herein called
VTR) were integrated into one organization to improve service levels and management efficiency.

VAL and VTR , the assignor corporations in this integration and ETG , the assignee corporation, were integrated
